Q: How many teams will be in the league?

A: At present there are 2 leagues of 8 teams.

Q: How much will we have to pay?

A: To enter a team we simply ask for a attendance deposit of £100. This is to show your teams commitment to the league and to keep absentees to a minimum. Your deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE if you play all of your fixtures.

Q: What are the match fees?

A: Your match fee each week will be £25. Which works out to be about £3 each for a squad of 8 players.

Q: Is the league run correctly?

A: Yes. We are fully insured and affiliated to the Somerset FA.

Q: How will the league system work?

A: You will be entered into a league of 8 teams. Each team will play each over twice over a period of 14 weeks. The top 2 teams will be promoted and the bottom 2 relegated.

Q: How long are the games?

A: The games will be of 40 minutes duration.

Q: What happens if our opposition fails to turn up?

A: Because of the £100 deposit, no-shows are very rare but do happen from time to time. If this happens to your team we will try to arrange a friendly match for you so you don’t miss out on your football. You will be awarded a 3-0 win.

Q: What do the league winners get?

A: The league winners will receive a Cup and 8 trophies for the squad members.

Q: Where and when is the league situated?

A: Frome Leisure Centre. Kick off times are 8pm and 8.45pm.
